Description

Nice to meet you, my name is Gold Beech! I am best known for my striking foliage, which emerges golden and shifts to an attractive lime green in the summer. I grow in an incredible columnar upwards pattern, and am a popular choice as a vertical accent for any landscape. I am low maintenance, and only require pruning once the threat of extreme cold has passed. I am not particular to any soil type or pH, and since I am tolerant of urban pollution, you can plant me right in the city! My perfect home is in a relatively sheltered location with moist soil and lots of sunlight for me to soak up all day!
