We began working in the landscaping industry in 2015, with our primary focus on selling and installing nursery stock. With our vast network of growers across Ontario we have developed into an online based Garden Centre known today as Landscape Direct! Landscape Direct was founded in April of 2020, with the idea of providing the same retail experience from the comfort of your home. Our goal is to provide our customers with the platform across Ontario to have plants delivered to you front door for below retail prices. Landscape Direct was designed with the consumers in mind!

General Questions

Do you have plants and trees that are not listed on your website?

We do have some products that are not listed on our website. Please give us a call or email us if you are looking for a product that is not listed!

What does "1 Gal", "2 Gal", "3 Gal", mean in the product description?

This refers to the size of the pot that the plant or tree is in, the larger the pot the larger the pant or tree.

1 gallon pot = 6 - 7" diameter

2 gallon pot = 8.5 - 9" diameter

3 gallon pot = 9.5 - 10" diameter

5 gallon pot = 10.5 - 12" diameter

7 gallon pot = 13.5 - 14" diameter

What does the "HT" and "SPR" refer to in the product descriptions?

The height and spread refer to the maximum height and width the tree or plant will grow too at maturity.

Delivery

How long should it take to receive my order?

Orders will be delivered to your door step within 4 days!

Our business days are Monday to Friday.

If you have any questions about your oder please contact us we would be happy to help!

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No! We will leave your plants at the front door. If you have any special requirements please leave a delivery note at checkout or contact us.

Should I be worried about the plants getting damaged during delivery?

No! All orders are delivered by us with the health of the plants as our top priority. Also all plants will be taken from our centre and delivered to your door in the same day.

How do you ensure the products arrive healthy?

There is no need to worry about your plants, as all orders are watered up to the day they are delivered.

Installation

Do you Install plants and trees?

Yes we do! At checkout click Delivery + Install, after your order is complete we will reach out to confirm the details of your installation!

What if I don't see the installation option at checkout?

We only offer installations for orders over $100. Also if you are a bulk order over $2,000 please contact us for installation.

How does the installation process work?

1. Add all your products to your cart

2. Continue to checkout

3. When you prompted to select delivery method pick "delivery + Install"

4. Complete your purchase

5. We will reach out to you after confirming a date for installation and other technical aspects of the order

6. We will come install on the agreed date and plant everything exactly the way you pictured it!

What do I get if I choose "Delivery + Installation" option?

You will get all your plants and trees delivered to your house, plus we will plant everything you ordered in your desired location :)

Cedars and large Trees

Do you deliver Cedars and larger trees?

Yes we do! Delivery fees may be higher due to larger trucks needed to deliver.

Why is delivery more expensive with Cedars?

Due to the fact that cedars are larger items, there is a higher delivery fee dependant on the size of your order

Do you Install Cedars and larger trees?

Yes! Installation is available at checkout be selecting "Delivery + Install" or you may contact us!

Do you offer a warranty on Cedars and larder trees?

Yes! If we install the trees for you we offer a 1 year warranty.

Warranty

Do you offer warranties on your products?

We offer warranties on Large items such as Cedars and Trees if we Install them. The warranty is valid for one year from the purchase date. We do not currently warranty smaller plants, but are currently working on a warranty system.

How do I use the warranty?

If you need to use the warranty please send us an email with your original order number and a picture of the tree and we will begin the warranty process!
