Blake, Evan and their team was super professional, friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They came to our house in Oshawa on scheduled time , nicely cleaned up and finished the job on time (planted 34 Emerald trees); and did extra job (installed garden edge and put stone on top of the weed preventer fabric which were not in the contract ) without asking for any payment . All they cared about the best customer service. Me and my husband have never had experience with such kind of professionalism. We are sure one day this company will be one of the top landscaping company in North America. The price that We paid , we got more value out of it. We will hire them again for our back garden and will recommend everyone who we know without any hesitation. We wish Blake ,Evan and their team all the best .

I have been ordering plants from Landscape Direct for a couple of years. The plants I have received have been healthy and beautiful and I have never had any problems with any of the plants that I have received. Beautiful healthy plants! The quality of the Invincibelle hydrangeas really deserves a shoutout; having ordered them from other nurseries, I can honestly say the ones I received from Landscape Direct were the most healthy and robust! The customer service is excellent; when I reached out to advise that a minor error had occurred with my most recent order, the team at Landscape Direct got back to me within a day and arranged for the correct plant to be delivered on the next available truck. I will definitely order from Landscape Direct again!
