At Landscape Direct we ensure that all our plants are bought to bloom. With our 7-day return policy customers can be assured that they will have time to inspect their order and contact Landscape Direct to issue a return on any plants they may be unsatisfied with.

How Do I Get Free Shipping?

No order is too small or large for Landscape Direct, we now offer Free Shipping on all orders across Canada when joining the Plant Pass.

Please contact our team with pictures and we can arrange for the correct plant to be delivered.

When Does More Selection Arrive?

New inventory becomes available every week starting April 1st, once products are sold-out there will not be further stock until August.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

Happy Plant Guarantee: 

It has always been our goal to develop a long-lasting relationship with our customers, and we extend our gratitude to each and every customer through our Happy Plant Guarantee. The Happy Plant Guarantee ensures two main goals: that our plants thrive in their new homes and that their owners are delighted with them. If there is any issue with the quality and health of the product upon arrival, you may submit a request to be offered arefund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.Our team will considerably assess each case and notify you shortly after if you are approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on all 1 gallon, 2 gallon, 3 gallon, and 5 gallon plants. To pursue this guarantee, please send a photo to our team. Following the 90 day period, the replacement warranty will apply to the above plants at a rate of 50% of the purchase value within one year of your purchase date.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds under any other conditions. Our goal is to ensure you have a thriving and lasting plant; for any other questions or concerns please reach out, as we are happy to assist you further to ensure your satisfaction

Where Do You Deliver?

Landscape Direct is proudly Canadian we strive to deliver plants to suit our customers needs in all ten provinces across Canada! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut

Do You Deliver To Apartment Buildings?

Yes, at this time we are able to ship most of our potted products to apartments. Exculding any trees or larger potted nursery product that we are unable to package. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact our team.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

If you've pre-ordered plants or trees, don't worry! We'll send it as soon as all the plants are ready to ship and frost advisories have been lifted in your area. If you prefer to have items arrive separately when they are ready to be delivered, just give our team a shout and we'll send it as soon as they become available.

We only ship pre-order products when they're at their absolute best, so you can be sure your new plants will arrive in perfect condition!

Along the way you will receive updates from our team letting you know you order has shipped and providing tracking information to watch you new plant friends journey to your doorstep!

If you're in Ontario, your order will be at your doorstep in just 2-4 business days! If you're in Quebec, expect your order in 3-5 business days. For the rest of Canada, it'll take just a bit longer, with delivery times ranging from 4-8 business days.
