The Happy Plant Guarantee ensures two main goals: that our plants thrive in their new homes and that their owners are delighted with them. If there is any issue with the quality and health of the product upon arrival, you may submit a request to be offered a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. Our team will considerably assess each case and notify you shortly after if you are approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds under any other conditions. We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on all 1 gallon, 2 gallon, 3 gallon, and 5 gallon plants. To pursue this guarantee, please send a photo to our team. Following the 90 day period, the replacement warranty will apply to the above plants at a rate of 50% of the purchase value within one year of your purchase date. This replacement warranty cannot be used to receive a refund on any purchases. Annuals, hanging baskets, vegetables, Japanese maples, and wire basket trees are not included under warranty. Our warranty policy does not cover the absence of basic plant care.
Most trees are covered under a one year warranty allowing replacement at a discounted price of 50% of the purchase value. If your product is out of stock or no longer in season, your replacement will be processed when it becomes available. The warranty will be issued as a replacement tree and not as a refund. Once you receive a replacement, it is not eligible for further replacement as replacements delivered under warranty cannot be replaced more than once.
Due to the living nature of our products and our unique packaging, we are not able to offer returns. Although, if there is any issue with the quality of the product upon arrival, our team would be happy to further assist you to ensure your satisfaction on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any conditions. Ordered the wrong plant or want to swap a plant on a existing order? Don't worry we are here to help! Our policy is if your order hasn't shipped you can change your order with no penalty. Changes and Cancellations may delay your order initial delivery timeline, due to product transfers across Farms. Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel orders without penalty, orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days.
