You can trust us to deliver your plants in the best quality with our Green Guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor condition, you can request a refund or replacement within 7 days. Our team will considerably asses each case and notify you shortly after if you are approved.

After approval, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take some time to process. For any other questions or concerns, please reach out to our team directly and we would be happy to assist you further to ensure your satisfaction.

Store Policies

Replacement Warranty Policy

We offer a 90-day replacement warranty for all 1-5 gallon plants, with a 50% discount on replacements within a year. This replacement warranty cannot be used to receive a refund on any purchases and annuals, hanging baskets, vegetables, herbs, and tree replacements are excluded from this policy. Our warranty policy does not cover the absence of basic plant care.

Tree Warranty Policy

For tree purchases, most trees are covered under a one year warranty allowing replacement at a discounted price of 50% of the purchase value. If your product is out of stock or no longer in season, your replacement will be processed when it becomes available. The warranty will be issued as a replacement tree and not as a refund. Once you receive a replacement, it is not eligible for further replacement as replacements delivered under warranty cannot be replaced more than once.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and packaging, we cannot accept returns. If you experience any quality issues upon arrival, please submit a claim with our Green Guarantee and we would be happy to help replace and/or refund your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Ordered the wrong plant? No problem! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there is still time to change it - but please note this may delay your delivery. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel without a fee, and orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days.
