Refund policy

You can trust us to deliver your plants in excellent condition through our Green Guarantee. If a plant or item arrives in poor condition, our team will carefully review the situation. If the plant or item is determined to be not in good condition, and your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped directly to your home. If a replacement is not available at the time, a store credit or refund will be provided.

Replacement Warranty Policy:

We offer a 90-day 100% replacement warranty for all 1-5 gallon plants, with an additional 50% discount on replacements if something occurs from 90 days to 1 year. This replacement warranty cannot be used to receive a refund on any purchases and annuals, hanging baskets, vegetables, herbs, and tree replacements are excluded from this policy. Our warranty policy does not cover the absence of basic plant care.

Tree Warranty Policy:
For tree purchases, most trees are covered under a one year warranty allowing replacement at a discounted price of 50% of the purchase value. If your product is out of stock or no longer in season, your replacement will be processed when it becomes available. The warranty will be issued as a replacement tree and not as a refund. Once you receive a replacement, it is not eligible for further replacement as replacements delivered under warranty cannot be replaced more than once.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products and packaging, we cannot accept returns. If you experience any quality issues upon arrival, please submit a claim with our Green Guarantee and we would be happy to help replace and/or refund your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
Ordered the wrong plant? No problem! If your order hasn’t entered the picking and packing process or shipped yet, there’s still time to make a change—though please note this may delay your delivery. Once an order has begun processing or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible and could be subject to a fee. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
