• Watering: Keep soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. Water deeply once a week, and more frequently during hot, dry weather
• Maintenance: Provide shade or protection from strong winds to prevent wilting and damage and remove spent flowers to encourage more blooms
• Pruning: In early spring, remove any dead or damaged wood. Prune back stems to just above a healthy set of buds to encourage new growth and flowering. Avoid pruning after midsummer, as this can remove flower buds for the following year
• (Optional):Fertilize in early spring, apply a slow-release, balanced fertilizer formulated for acid-loving plants. Reapply fertilizer every 6-8 weeks during the growing season, following package instructions

Planting trees or plants is easy! First, begin by digging a hole that's twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Place the tree or plant in the hole and add some bonemeal fertilizer. Backfill with fresh soil if needed and water thoroughly. Water regularly until roots are established to keep the plant healthy. Enjoy your new tree or plant!
