I sprout clusters of bright pink flowers that sit above striking red and yellow foliage. Between my hot pink summer blooms and my foliage which shifts from bright red and yellow in the summer to a deep red in the fall, I am sure to demand second looks to your garden no matter what time of the season it is. I require occasional maintenance, and look my best when I am pruned each winter after the threat of extreme cold passes. I thrive in full sun, any soil type, and I am very tolerant of urban pollution - you can plant me right in the city!
