• Watering: Water the plant deeply once a week, allowing the soil to dry out slightly in between waterings. In hot, dry weather, you may need to water more frequently.
• Maintenance: Provide support for the plant to climb, such as a trellis or fence.
• Pruning: In late winter or early spring, cut back the plant to just above the lowest pair of healthy buds. Remove any dead or damaged wood.
• (Optional):Fertilize the plant in early spring with a balanced fertilizer. Repeat every 4-6 weeks throughout the growing season. Stop fertilizing in late summer to avoid promoting new growth that may not have time to harden off before winter.

Planting trees or plants is easy! First, begin by digging a hole that's twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Place the tree or plant in the hole and add some bonemeal fertilizer. Backfill with fresh soil if needed and water thoroughly. Water regularly until roots are established to keep the plant healthy. Enjoy your new tree or plant!
