Mandarin Lights Azalea offers striking orange-red blooms in late spring. ItÕs ideal for woodland gardens or shady borders and adds vibrant color to your landscape. This cold-hardy variety thrives in acidic soil and partial shade.
Newly planted shrubs should be watered deeply 2-3 times per week during their first growing season to establish strong roots, keeping the soil consistently moist but well-drained. Once established, shrubs typically need deep watering every 7-10 days, though drought-tolerant varieties may require less frequent watering. Water slowly and deeply to ensure moisture penetrates the entire root zone, and consider using drip irrigation or a soaker hose for efficient watering.

Planting trees or plants is easy! First, begin by digging a hole that's twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Place the tree or plant in the hole and add some bonemeal fertilizer. Backfill with fresh soil if needed and water thoroughly. Water regularly until roots are established to keep the plant healthy. Enjoy your new tree or plant!
