Red Coral Bells, also known as Heuchera, is a perennial plant with stunning red foliage that adds a splash of colour to any garden. This plant produces spikes of tiny, bell-shaped flowers on tall stems that rise above the foliage. It is a low-maintenance plant that is perfect for borders, rock gardens, and containers. The Red Coral Bells thrives in partial shade and moist, well-drained soil.
Care Guide
Watering: Water the plant regularly, but be careful not to overwater it. It's important to keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. A good rule of thumb is to water the plant once or twice a week, depending on the climate and humidity levels.
Maintenance: Check the plant regularly for pests and diseases, and treat any issues promptly to prevent them from spreading.
Pruning: In the summer months, you may need to deadhead the plant by removing spent flowers to encourage new growth. At the end of the growing season (usually in late fall), you can cut the plant back to ground level to help prepare it for the winter months.
(Optional):Fertilize the plant with a slow-release, balanced fertilizer in the spring or early summer. Alternatively, you can use a liquid fertilizer every two to four weeks during the growing season.
